How do I become a member of GREPA?
Meet these criteria
- have a minimum education of Degree or HND
- belong to an office
- Complete and submit the GREPA membership application with all required documents and fees
- Pass a Basic Real Estate written exam within 30 days of membership
- Pass a GREPA Code of Ethics exam
Provide these required documents
- National ID
- Professional Passport Picture (hard copy and digital)
- Copy of either
- Education Certificates
- Business Registration Documents (for registered offices)
Pay the application fees
GREPA Dues and Fees
|Individual||GH₵ 240.00 annually|
|Corporate||GH₵ 600.00 annually for up to 3 staff members then
GH₵ 150.00 annually for each additional staff
|2.||REDGHANA MLS Fees||GH₵ 480.00 annually|
|3.||Membership ID Cards||GH₵ 50.00 each|
|4.||(Optional) International Affiliation to NAR, FIABCI & ICREA with access to REALTOR®||$600.00 annually|
GREPA Rules and Regulations
Your application should be processed within two to five business days of receipt. Once it has been processed, GREPA will contact you with your Member ID number.
